By accessing or using KillerClip ("the Service"), operated by KILLTECH (Audio Tech Hub x Killshot Enterprises), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
KillerClip is an AI-powered video clipping platform that allows users to upload or link long-form video content, which is then analyzed to identify engaging segments, generate subtitles, and produce short-form clips suitable for social media distribution. The Service includes video processing, AI-driven analysis, caption generation, scheduling, and optional direct publishing to platforms such as TikTok and YouTube.
To use KillerClip, you must create an account by providing a valid username and password, or by authenticating through a supported OAuth provider (Google, TikTok, or Discord). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
Your Content: You retain full ownership of all video content you upload to or process through KillerClip. We do not claim ownership of your videos, clips, or any derivative content produced by the Service.
License to Us: By uploading content, you grant KILLTECH a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when your content is deleted from our systems.
Responsibility: You represent that you have the right to upload and process all content you submit. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
You agree not to use KillerClip to:
KillerClip operates on a credit-based system. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation. Credits are consumed when you process videos, generate clips, or use premium features. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise specified.
Subscriptions: Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial periods.
Top-ups: Additional credits may be purchased as one-time top-ups. Top-up credits do not expire.
Refunds: Refund requests for subscriptions may be submitted within 7 days of initial purchase for first-time subscribers. Contact hello@killerclip.ai for refund inquiries.
KillerClip integrates with third-party platforms including YouTube, Stripe, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to each platform's own terms of service and privacy policy. KILLTECH is not responsible for the actions, policies, or availability of third-party services.
Direct publishing to TikTok is currently disabled while we await approval for the official TikTok Content Posting API; when re-enabled, connecting any social media account authorizes KillerClip to publish content on your behalf using the OAuth tokens you provide, and you may revoke this authorization at any time through the Settings page.
KillerClip uses artificial intelligence to analyze video content, generate clip suggestions, create captions, and provide optimization recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing.
KILLTECH does not guarantee the virality, performance, or reception of any content processed through the Service.
We aim to maintain 99.5% uptime for the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KILLTECH AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KILLTECH from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
The KillerClip platform, including its design, code, algorithms, branding, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of KILLTECH. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or legitimate business purposes.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@killerclip.ai. Account deletion will result in the permanent removal of your data within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
